The Weighbridge held its first Real Ale Beer Festival on Friday 12th & Saturday 13th November 2004

A selection of 20 Real Ales and 3 local Ciders & Perry were enjoyed despite the first low temperatures of the year making it a very cold night in the marques.

Following this success it has become a regular feature with both a Summer and Autumn Real Ale Festival each year.

Morris Dancing was provided by Alvechurch Morris and
White Hart Morris Men

MP Julie Kirkbride and son Angus visited the festival and boat yard on the Saturday lunchtime.
